To receive a new password you need both your username and e-mail Address. If you previously ordered on the site, your Username is often the same as the E-mail Address. |

What is my username? - It's usually the same as your email address.
If you became a member by ordering online or by registering before you ordered, your username is usually the same as the email address you used to register or place your order.
If you updated your Account Information and changed your username to something else, they will not be the same. |

The site didn't ask me for a password when I registered.
When you register, you will receive an email with your assigned password. However you will be immediately logged in after registering so you will only need the emailed password when you next login.

How can I change my password to something I can remember?
After logging in, go to Account Maintenance and click on Account Information. You can now select your preferred password and/or username. |

Who is a member and has an account?
Anyone who orders online automatically becomes a member of the site and an account is automatically created for them. For these members, your username and password are usually the same - just enter the email address you used when you ordered online in both boxes. |
