Brazilian Agate with Druzy Pendant

Lapidaries and miners call it druse and jewelers call it druzy. I call it yummy eye candy! Druzys occur in many gemstones and minerals. It is a fine crystalline formation on the inside of geodes and was formed by volcanic gas bubbles in the rock spaces. About a decade ago, jewelry designers found them irresistable and so did there clients and they have been popular ever since.

This brazilian agate displays much dryzy. It is set in 14K Gold-Filled wire and measures 1 3/4″ L x 7/8″ W and comes with a 18-inch 14K Gold-filled Venetian box chain.

Other Druzys: Cobalt Calcite (Pink), Uvaravite (green garnet), Citrine, Amethyst, Quartz, Black Onyx, Azurite, Malachite and Agates are just a few.
